What are they giving up for him?
Melbourne's Jeremy Howe seems headed to get to Collingwood.

Gold Coast have given up any hope he will be heading north, with the Pies set to hand him an official offer overnight or today.

A deal will likely involve a player swap for Collingwood midfielder Ben Kennedy, who is determined to find his way to Melbourne.

A deal of about $400,000 a year for four seasons.

So add that $400k onto the other big deals they've made and that makes it about 45% of their salary cap on 7 players
Blank cheques down at the Holden Centre, they could be in a bit of trouble trying to resign some of their young players if they come good

It's official, Collingwood don't have a salary cap.

If they did, I'd say let them piss their money away on spuds.

Not getting a star mid would be disappointing, but it would make Dimma's opening address of preseason easier.

"All on you blokes" etc.

We beat Hawks, Freo & Swans FFS.

We go ok. Script is sound but we fluffed our lines, again, on EF Day. Gotta get back there for redemption
Our list is fine but relying on natural improvement two years in a row just isn't going to cut it anymore. Geelong will roar ahead of us, as will Port, as will the Bulldogs, Collingwood probably too if they get everyone they're trying to get.

We will get Rosa
Screams of trying to get someone for the sake of it. Barely in WCE best 22 and that's the level we should be aiming for next year. I liked him a few years ago but if we're not able to get a gun mid this year then hold fire.

Youd imagine its

Howe for Kennedy plus a late pick
Thought he'd nominated Collingwood.
