Like all our players probably going to receive more money if they change clubs. Glad that Nank stayed. Super important player. Doesn't beat every opponent. May not be the best ruckman in the league but I saw great games every final. TBH having no Soldo as backup suited his playing style. Big minutes and combative.
We are nicely placed with ruck depth. I'm sure CJ can exceed what Chol did and that should get us through 2021.

Confident CJ will make a better fist of it than Chol.

Trouble with Polec is he is too old. I mean if you are going to get Polec with should have got Smith in UFA.

Polec makes no sense now and really just impeds us getting the doozy or help keep our better younger players

Polec has only just turned 28, he’s certainly not to old for a club in their Premiership window.

Issac Smith is four years older and turns 32 this year.

Whether or not he’s good enough or a player the club wants that’s a different story. If we could get him for a third rounder and North where to pay a chunk of his salary I’d be interested. I’d only be interested if we could get him dirt cheap.

Got it in one Roky. We are bursting at the seams with young kids and solid B graders that probably walk into other teams. Apart from a talented KPF in the next few years to replace Jack we want for nothing really. We are stacked with up and coming talent.

It's funny watching these other teams still falling for the same old trap of trying desperately to poach and overpay the doozy. Essendon are LOL. Collingwood are LOL. Carlton are LOL. Hawthorn are LOL. Melbourne are LOL. North are just broken. Even Geelong have great kids who they won't play and are wanting out. That's made their age profile bad and they're STILL chasing doozy.

Much of our success has been built on lower grade smart draft picks and developing them to our standard and playing style. Clubs are SO impatient. We can make hay while the sun shines...

Try and consolidate some of our picks we have and may get during the trade period for this years or next years draft and target specific players to develop for the long term
