watching the game and GWS would be alot better with CCJ in that forward line.
They need a real big bloke down there as a focal point. Even if Hogan was out there, he's not really that type of player either.

Himmelberg is a good player, but they just ask so much of him.

He was an obnoxious prick. I remember my dog disliked him and we had to take her away from him - all the time he was yelling Dusty is going to be a North player.

At the time we were not sure if he was staying. Had I known for sure, I would have let my dog have a go at him. the only thing I said to him was, Dusty wouldn’t go to North as he would hate playing in front of no crowds. I wasn’t quick enough to think of anything else. Who expects mad men to harass you at the beach like that.
Unleash the dog
The dog would need a tetanus shot

IIRC, the story was that it's just awaiting the formality of him putting pen to paper.
Think you're talking about Hopper. He has a two year deal on the table and he's expected to sign now that they're done.
Green signed last year to end of 23 which is why it's more likely we will chase him this time next year (don't be surprised if we try to get a second first rounder to trade for him then).

Was it bs that Tom green extended contract further can’t see anything about it . Only that 22 is final year of current deal

He extended in 2020 for another 2 years.

That is a great historical tool, however I do question the relevance perhaps of modern day drafting research against a back drop that includes say the 1996 draft choices (and who could ever forget that great Essendon recruit by the name of Forfeit taken at Pick40 - remind me what position did he end up playing?) :

I'm not for one moment being personally critical - creds to you for this! It would be a good validation tool to see how say 4 blocks of 6 years stack up against each other (though the last and most recent block couldn't be accurately compared yet - and that is probably the nub of my comment).

Also, did what you (or whomever) take season or career defining injuries into account at all? I mean just look at Nathe Brown who was arguably at career peak with us when he broke his leg. So that begs the question - where to stop making excuses? Do you stop before you get to sh*t coaches Like Mark Neeld, or drug scandals (looking at you Bombers - bloody staring at you to be honest!).

It is great indicative work 4tune8!
How da fq did heffer get to 170 games?

I came here to ask for a trade ( I don't have any influence, but my young son is a passionate GWS supporter, despite having a cousin who played a few games for richmond).
Would you accept CCJ and pick 15 for tom green?
We're desperate for an inside bull(Green)
Your desperate for a Fwd/Ruck(CJ)
Lets call it evens.
Straight swap.

He's ok if he gets the second best defender, Himmelberg just isnt a main key forward

Agree . He’s a third type forward . Way too much expected of him . I’d have him , but gee we’ve still gut caddy ( I love the King of Trash Talk !, never will I forget his efforts against the crows in 2017 GF . He was in their heads .

i think he has Heppell covered ...

Can’t wait for druggies to implode next year . Made finals this year in truly Bradburyesq style .

Heppell good bloke , zero presence .

Coniglio confidence crisis . Could be an outstanding pick up at value for someone .

Fair point on Cognilio, but seems pretty flaky for a guy on A-grader money...
