Egg could be gone. If he wasn’t a leftie I would be all for itAstbury, Houli, Naish, Chol, CCJ out, Tarrant in = 4 spots
Very likely we package our last 2 picks into next year, or trade them for an earlier pick this year + 1 more delisting

People are focusing on the picks and neglecting that we also got a very ******* good player in this trade deal.
By your logic no one can trade for future picks.

Give the Dogs 38 and 40 for 23Wish list-
Give pies 38 and 40 for 27.
15 and future 1st to GC for 3.
26 and 27 to hawks for Mitchell
Go to draft with 3, 7 and 28. Add an elite back and elite mid in tarrant and mitchel, lose 2 fringe players and still add 3 young guns.
Win the 2022 flag.
What a day.
We win the CCJ trade and Chris Scott re-signs with the Cats....

Adds insult to injury lol
Yes so we can trade for future picks if we delist players which we will.Lol. No mr points expert. You can’t take more picks than list spaces into draft night, there’s nothing stopping you live reading the picks you are eligible to use for future picks or a combination of later picks and future picks. If after a trade you no longer have enough picks to fill your list, ie you traded 15 2021 for a 2022 1st, then you get a pick at the end of the draft order.
The only thing your right about is that 38 and 40 are valuable but not for the reason you think.
Yeah nah.. it’s pick 15 not 1… a Cory Ellis or a Ben LennonThis is insane. We’ve seen Hawthorn and Geelong plus other teams that have been passed their best fail time and time again trying to hang on. Premiership teams are built from the draft, not by giving away good draft picks for castoffs. Very disappointed if we are dumb enough to do this.
Enjoy Lads...
That’s not right mate, the reason we traded for Tarrant was to protect our Chol compo, if you’re attempting to put forward a non-circumstantial outcome you need to include that pick. It's effectively CCJ for Tarrant and pick 37 so I don't think it's a wonderful deal.
If you factor in the pre-season draft threat it's an ok deal .
Tarrant's value isnt much ,he's only got two years left.
CCJ is forward/ruck worth at least pick 10 so North win the deal but at least we got something.
Adds insult to injury lol

That kid better be Gary ablett junior the secondShould have taken it, that’s a great deal North and Adelaide will be duking it out for the bottom two spots over the next two years. North could really set themselves up with a deal like that
