From a tigers supporter, that’s a disgraceful comment and so far off the mark.
You do realise he’s still very young, and has some great traits. Yes, came back unfit this past season, but he’s vowed to come back this off season in great condition.
Had an awful year for sure, but as a supporter, I’m willing to back him in to improve substantially on what he produced this past season.

If I remember correctly, that was the year they rigged it to help get GAJ back to the Cats.

100% spot on with the GAJ trade. And Richmond had just won the 2019 flag, so the CFL couldn’t possibly hand us first round compo for a dual premiership player.

And we did get a higher band of compo… we got second round, not ‘end of second round’. It’s just that as the Premiers our second round ‘was’ the end of second round.

It still beggars belief that the CFL just makes rules up on the run based on its socialist agenda. It’s beyond disgraceful at times.

You can't be serious. There is Buckley's and none that they would redraft him via the PSD.
I should also add we would surely put a price like 3 years min at X amount of dollars so he gets to us.
They offered him 1 year they aint gonna redraft him at 3 years and on more money.

Once again can everyone stop comparing what we got for Ellis to every other Free Agent deal.

It was 4 years ago, no amount of complaining is going to change what happened and all it does is make you look bitter.

Feel a bit disappointed that Duursma has chosen Essendon. He has his flaws but he have a genuine upside & we could do with options on our wings & most of all speed. At times we look bloody slow & this guy has actually SHOWN some legitimate upside past on previous form. With the Soldo interest i think a deal could have been done. There is a good argument that we need a player in Soldo's position far more than Duursma atm, but i think when considering longer term thinkings, Duursma was the better choice.

It will be interesting to consider who we would prefer more come round 15 2024 - Soldo or Duursma. Will definitely be something i watch. He is the type of player/age we really need to target
