He’s exactly the sort of defender we’ve been missing this season so far. Perfect Howe/Murphy replacement and is only 23

Club did the right thing by getting him into the VFL.
Gives him a chance to show more and if we like it. We can shuffle around to create an MSD spot.

Liked Lyons and Gardiner but it would be what I expect from them, Madden has played well and Brain in defence is a good learning curve.

Yep there's not really anyone banging down the AFL door. A few played well early but faded from the game.
