interesting list mate!! only thing i really dislike about ur prediction... collingwood is in the 8.. thats jst wrong!
He put Collingwood as 7th!
don't matter, anywhere 1st to 8th is a no-no!!
i'd prefer them 15th! (dont even want them winning the wooden spoon! hehehe)
Nah, i wouldn't mind playing Collingwood in a final with Nick Davis kicking the winning goal. That would show them.
Btw, 07 GF when we play the Eagles (it's gotta happen) Baz must kick the winning goal, maybe after the siren? Now that would be sweet.
hraeherah as sweet as it sounds, & as much as i would love davis to win it against them... i still dont want to see collingwood get so far!!! i kno im evil, but c'mon, its collingwood! heheheh
if GF-07 is a repeat of eagles v swans, i would feel sorry for bazz cos he will be slammed in the media about his 06 performance! & he doesnt deserve it...
He's already been slammed, that's why i would want him to kick the winning goal after the siren. To show all the idiots who slammed him who's boss. Barry will fire next year.
yes i realise that... but thats normal after most games to be critisised.... but im refering to ONE YEAR DOWN THE TRACK....
Collingwood won't slip out of the eight this year. How could they, they got rid of Tarrant who kills them. They are one of those teams who cannot win a flag at the minute but are still going to trouble most sides. There only concern is a lack of inside midfield depth if any of their pensioners get injured.
They've got a fair number of quality kids around too, thanks to their dismal performances in 04/05. Collingwood will hang in the eight for sure.
Every one be wary of Essendon this year as well. Getting Lloyd back plus the continued development of some quality youngsters might see them rise up the list. I reckon they'll finsish somewhere around 10th. Definitely not as low as last year. But then again, someone has to finish in the bottom four. I couldn't begin to guess who that will be (Although Carlton and the Roos are certainties).
I wouldn't, he's a pretty boy. I can't stand him.
You wouldn't?
Well, that just sums it up then
we'll make top four then anything can happen come finals time, 2005 we lost first week then had to travel to make GF then 2006 we won 1st week then didnt have to travel and lost GF, so finals time anything can happen but im more confident this year with a lot stronger ruck division.
If adelaide make it into the top four and we verse them in the finals, our chances look slimmer. We haven't defeated Adelaide, (from the top of my head) i don't think Swans defeated them under Paul Roos. Nevertheless, I reckon Swans will make it into the top four. And with most of the seniors have finals experience and more depth in our ruck.. it's looking good.
Actually you were missing Barry HallNot necessarily Ball. We were also missing Crouch
We'll have to beat Adelaide eventually, hopefully this year!
