Crows need inside mids especially in Worp's age bracket. Would like to pick up a Crows defender eg Jordon Butts (and he's a Victorian..)Worps wont be heading back to Geelong anytime soon
Enjoys Adelaide more than going back to Bannockburn

The connection of Worpel and Geelong will never go away. If Bowes does not work out and once Duncan and Guthrie retire that would be the time Geelong would strike (if they ever will).Worps wont be heading back to Geelong anytime soon

5hrs later...Let’s pretend our midfield will remain uninjured for a few more years shall we?
5hrs later...
Can someone with medical knowledge shed some light on if this injury? Is something that will have to be managed over the season or if this is a 2-3 months and he is 'good as gold'.The Will Day news can GTFO of here.
Stress fractures of the foot.
First, future first and a player for Smith and JUH. Seems pretty easy doesn’t it?
Big fan of this. But going to be hard to beat the Swans though. They’ve proven time and again that they are prepared to offer outrageous deals to get a player like this.
You reckon Pick 18 (23), Future 18 (23) & a player will get it done?First, future first and a player for Smith and JUH. Seems pretty easy doesn’t it?
stress fractures take minimum 6 weeks to heal, more likely 8, and then he will need a training block… unlikely to come back round 1. Round 3-4 more likely… And you can’t really ‘manage’ it… more likely you’ll damage it further
Day can still train, pretty swimming would be an approved activity as reduces the stress in the water.
Bit weird... but if you think it'll help
That tail could launch a Sherrin, but'll affect his mobility (on land, anyway!)Clever man ! However synchronised swimming is an Olympic sport and would require good fitness, so not as weird as you would think…..
Yeah the dogs only need later picks anyway given I expect they have another 10 father sons next year! You reckon Pick 18 (23), Future 18 (23) & a player will get it done?
We already gave them Suckers, Doc & Timmy O'... Now we just need to cough up the Picks!

I wouldn’t be surprised to see them offer him a 10+ year deal.
