So you wan't be watching any Carlton, Brisbane or Suns games next year either.....

Others would say it was easier to just omit any suggestion of injections (legal or otherwise) to avoid any scrutiny.

Not sure the AFL, CAS or WADA could do much more to him though?

As a fellow father, I think if I worked in the industry and was asked to comment on something related to my family I would offer a "no comment", rather than discredit myself.

Some players indicated they would prefer take them as suppository. And the program was cancelled before this suppositories could be manufactured.

To me that might end up being the story of the year, a "Replacements" style team being fielded. I think the assumptions of the Bombers getting wooden spoons are being very generous to other teams, especially my Blues.

As an outsider looking in (born and raised in QLD, living in Melbourne for a decade now), I'm amazed by the "free pass" that large sections of the media have given the players. The non-disclosure alone shows that there was more to it then "we thought it was all above board". I know that other...

Hawthorn vs Collingwood post game moment of silence

That's a petty point, raised by the Herald Sun also that I think isn't necessary. You can't compare the two events and there connections to the respective crowds, (which where both Melbourne crowds by the way) There is a time and place for code wars and this isn't it

Official - Crows v Cats abandoned, points split, rest to go ahead, all brownlow votes will count

Agreed. Pretty disgraceful though was the petty "code wars" article written by the Herald Sun about it though. In a time like this is that stuff really necessary?

    AFL Press Conference 13:45.

It's "PC" to think that Footy isn't the most important thing in the world, now?

Really? Is this that important? Is footy that important?

Scandal Karmichael Hunt admits purchasing cocaine for GCS players - Suns commence investigation into claims

Going to be off a few Christmas card lists after this. Seems to "blame" others in the way it's said.

WADA to appeal AFL Tribunal's Essendon ruling

Bec Wilson is the least credible journo in World sport. She claimed in the Sydney press that the AFL handled this far better then the NRL only recently.
  22. B

WADA to appeal AFL Tribunal's Essendon ruling

Following the well worn path of home nation sporting administrators finding their athletes "not guilty" only to be trumped by WADA. You have to think if the AFL just handed out a token 3 weeks this would be over. And to think I thought this season was a write off!

No ASADA appeal; files sent to WADA. WADA deadline about May 11th

I got the impression that was somewhat "pre-arranged". In so much as the players, sought and got some sort of assurances that that ASADA or WADA wouldn't be appealing the sanctions if they accepted them. Don't quote me on any of this however.

No ASADA appeal; files sent to WADA. WADA deadline about May 11th

The whole "AFL is corrupt" claim is more of a Big Footy contrivance, than anything said by ASADA.

Scandal Karmichael Hunt admits purchasing cocaine for GCS players - Suns commence investigation into claims

There's an important lesson learned in this for all players. And that is, let your groupies, leechers and hangers get your gear for you. Well done Suns obviously listened well to that training advice from head office.

Scandal Karmichael Hunt admits purchasing cocaine for GCS players - Suns commence investigation into claims

So no Suns players to be charged. And the League player identified by the Twitter verse not either.
