Honestly it logue is gone then I just want us to match the offer for acres. His defensive efforts as a winger are something that no one else on our list could do.

I was ok losing Acres, I’m not ok losing Logue, Acres and Tucker. If Logue wants to be an absolute twat then he can piss off. Makes me a bit angry.

Logue always struck me as a bit up himself, I'm concerned that the club has had its best year since 2015 and players want out, is our cap in that bad of a place? Fyfe chewing up a lot of coin to play next to no football is starting to sting a little.

Think Logue wants to play down back and that’s the sticking point in his contract negotiations.

Club obviously can’t guarantee that so he’s probably hesitant to sign if it means he’s gonna be playing forward

Agree with this but remember it’s Jon Ralph writing this. He just makes shit up.
He’s not far off Hagdorn levels. Was half suggesting that Richmond swap Soldo for Hopper yesterday FFS, and only backtracked on Twitter after the ridiculousness of it was called out.
There is no way anyone east is offering more than $600k for Logue. Just impossible. If we are offering $500k he will take it.
The only caveat is whether he gets to play in defence here. If that is the main factor in his thinking I wouldn’t blame him as much.
I see Chapman moving up the field and Logue slotting in though.
Or an injury - we have been blessed this year and inevitable it won’t always be like that

I just can't see what would change his mind at this stage. As amazing as Saturday was, it's been obvious the team's on the way up all season yet the noise has persisted and gotten louder if anything.

And unlike Colon's other clients (so far), he's actually requested a trade previously.
