Yes,but hopefully they will pace themselves over the 4 quarters. No good burning out of the blocks and running out of gas in the end.
Wonder if any slight on our fitness is how we prioritised match simulation drills over pre season to bed down a new games style against a more running and fitness based pre season -- no we just have to manage loads trying to build in season ..

Thats a must,i think Charlie will take 2 of their defenders all day. So it will be left to Jack, smalls and mids to kick the winning score.

Can we get 5 goals from Fisher, Owies, Durdin and Motlop? Maybe 5 goals from the midfield, and then 5 from Charlie/JSOS. That's what it'll take, at least.

Yes. I don't understand that level of risk inside the defensive 50. It gives away almost certain goals.

It would have to be a hell of a read to ascertain you're going the length of the ground if you make the kick.
Yeah, I think they're just momentary lapses that even quality players have. They don't register an opponent nearby, or they misjudge the timing.

But all players do it, even the ones known for their "silky skills". That we tend to be more forgiving of some than others is the odd thing.

Another example is everyone crowing about the skill of Cerra (which is considerable) but even he butchered his first couple of possessions last week.

It just happens, and we should be mindful that all players make mistakes and cut them come slack.

15 goals + behinds will get you ~100 points which should get us a win.

Im just not sure how our smalls will go without H.

For sure. Doc gave a goal away to Greene today with a shocking skill error and poor decision making.

My issue with Newman is that his are laconic attempts, like he changed his mind last second.
