You’ll note of all the delisted players across all 18 clubs the only ones I’ve said we should consider are Stocker, Stack, Ronke and maybe markov
Yeah but you probably want them on the list before Bailey Scott - so that makes your comment null n void

I agree - I'm just trying to place the rumour in something theoretically viable

- rather than the 'good faith' bait of a straight swap of 3 and 4.

But then again...with Rawling's at the helm...

All you’re doing is contributing to the rumour, by trying to somehow justify how a ridiculous trade gets done. The reason the trade won’t go ahead is because it’s a stupid rumour.

Plus give Brady credit, he was given a live hand grenade the night before trade period and has drastically improved our draft hand both this year and next year. Don’t be so patronising to suggest ‘nothing is impossible’, you’re the one trying to justify a ludicrous trade of picks 3 and 4 with sweeteners not him.

Fair enough, but the meme is just a joke, playing at the Brady stereotype, chill...

NORTH MELBOURNE

Arrivals:
Griffin Logue (traded/Fremantle), Darcy Tucker (traded/Fremantle)

Departures: Jed Anderson (delisted), Atu Bosenavulagi (delisted), Kyron Hayden (delisted), Jason Horne-Francis (traded/Port Adelaide), Tom Lynch (retired), Matt McGuinness (delisted), Kayne Turner (delisted), Josh Walker (delisted), Patrick Walker (delisted)

Uncontracted: None

Contracted: 37 (no category B rookies)

Draft picks: 2, 3, 23, 40, 43, 70

The four-club mega deal that, in part, sent Horne-Francis to Port Adelaide and the Kangaroos’ No.1 pick to the Giants saw North secure, among other selections, picks 2 and 3 in this year’s draft and the Power’s future first-rounder. The Roos will use four selections at the national draft and add three more rookies, benefiting from the AFL’s assistance package that allows them to have two extra players on the rookie list.

Clarko's 1st (official) day in charge and he's already fired Jared Polec!

Holy s***.... in before GR.... do I get some kind of award or something for that? Hahaha

This didn't age well at all.

North Melbourne will use four picks at the national draft and have nominated Cooper Harvey as a father-son selection, with the Roos to also have multiple rookie draft selections on November 30.

Hawthorn triple premiership player Liam Shiels was linked to the Kangaroos when Alastair Clarkson was signed as a mature-age option, and he remains a chance to be in the mix for the Roos. That would only be as a rookie, however, and not a delisted free agent as their four primary list spots will be used at the draft, meaning other clubs could also consider Shiels.

If we used pick 1 in the RD on Liam Shiels after using it on Polec last year, I might cry.

So five players coming in through the ND and then another two as rookies.

Am i right in saying that?
Been said multiple times that we are taking four 18 year olds in the ND, with mature agers in the rookie spots. Something would have to change (unlikely IMO). They’re clearly trying to strike the right balance with youth and experience, which has obviously been off the last few years.
