Wait! We dont even no who GWS want to take at pick 1, we assume its Cadman, but since when do clubs draft on a needs basis at pick 1? Maybe they rate Wardlaw as the best player and select him.....

Yes and have to remember they have list Taranto Bruhn prob hopper.... and ward only a few ssn left

Bull looking at lining up this *********** next year?

Mad respect for Bull this evening
Look back at Bull busting arse as a rookie versus that other campaigner. Scotts distrust of youngsters meant he had to earn his spot the hard way.

Not hard to imagine the source of his disdain.

We didn't kill it in this deal, but really hard to say we got shafted.

If GWS want Cadman then we've effectively got pick 1 (ignoring Ashcroft) anyway, because we now need another midfielder. So that's a wash. And I really struggle to believe that the risk of pick 3 is much greater than pick 2 when we have needs all over the park.

The Port F1 is hard to judge, but something under pick 10 makes the deal look ok.
I’d say we are expecting Port to not make finals, pick 10 or lower makes it more palatable
Revisit this in a year and we could do very well or very badly (if they go deep into finals)

What if JHF told North and Port he would sit out the year if we didn't trade him, this is pure speculation but it may be an explanation as to why we traded him without Port paying overs.
Who cares what JHF wants. He is our Trump card and now we lose it in this so call Mega deal along with our Pick 1. Sack Rawlings now.
Only an idiot would agree to this deal.
No wonder we are last. Recruiting an idiot for a list manager role. Sack him now

He's the guy that stopped to pick up the giraffe that couldn't finish the 2k time trial?

40 and 43 are worth less than 21, that would be a Rawling-eque trade.

I think Brisbane has too many picks, they currently have 21, 34, 35, 36, 38, 48, 55, 56 in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, how many list vacancies do they have on the primary list? Have they changed the rules limiting picks to vacancies?

They've banked points to cover bids on Ashcroft and Fletcher

The only idiot is someone who thinks Rawlings has sole autonomy on recruiting!
