I never really rated Jonea when we were chasing him.

Had a few great games but I'm with the Dr, there's some aggression there and he needs to channel that better

If we get players who get us in the top 4, I don't care.

I want a flag, if they don't cut it in the 22, move on and let's get players that will.

Jones has not good a contract for next year but de-list is over the top , the guy has excuses this year for sure.
He took time off for a reason and he looked to of lost a heap of weight.
He has had a few games back and it's true he is not playing great but I would put money on him to improve and get another contract.
Having speed being a midfielder and contested player we don't have to many of them to delist.

People calling him the best tap ruckman in the league a few weeks ago.

He hasn't been going that bad.

Clearly needs to be managed now he's older so missing a week here and there will do him good, no doubt.

Still think he has a lot to offer.

Last 2 yrs he has only managed 12 games in a season so having played 9 games straight and we really need a fit Ryder to get as many games out of him as we can , missing a few games will at least put him in cotton wool until we need him.
Swans only have one ruckman so bringing in Sharman for Ryder should give us more scoring ability and give Paddy a rest and regenerate.

The younger brother of Port Adelaide's Sam, Lewis is a key defender who involves himself regularly as a rebounding defender and demonstrates neat and tidy skills for someone his height. Standing at 197cm, Hayes is an excellent intercept mark and very mobile but will be looking to add weight to his still slender frame to improve his one-on-one craft. With a December birthday, clubs will be tracking the rate of development with Hayes closely as someone who at this stage is a project player with substantial upside for the future given his uncommon capabilities for someone his height and age. His progress so far this season has been promising, with his involvement as a rebounder and in general play growing by the week. This season Hayes has averaged 20.8 disposals and 5.3 marks per game in the NAB League, with averages over his past two matches of 24.5 disposals, 7.5 marks and eight rebound 50s.

The leading key defender in this year's draft crop, Busslinger is an elite intercept mark with his early read of the ball in flight, attack on the ball aerially and how he plucks the ball out of the air. With ball in hand, Busslinger is a composed and reliable ball user while defensively he is competitive and able to limit the influence of his direct opponent. With averages of 23.8 disposals and eight marks in the WAFL Colts this year and making his WAFL league debut in Round 6, the 197cm key defender has separated himself from this year's other key defenders.

His form doesn't warrant 2 ruckmen in the side , if Marshalls right there should be no reason he goes stand alone.
Ryder needs a spell and bring him back freshened up.
I feel by only having Marshall playing allows us to slot Sharman into the forward line.

there's this mid-tall defender who's been absolutely tearing up his team's VFL side. Can play one on one, intercept marks like he's got magnet hands and is only 24 years old. More than good enough to play AFL level but can't seem to get a game would jump at the chance to move to a side that values his skillset.
