Yeah they did and I’m still confused because it sounds like they all have no ****ing clue.Did Nat Edwards & Cal Twomey just quote you on the Hunter Clark trade?
Where did they say it?
Yeah they did and I’m still confused because it sounds like they all have no ******* clue.
So Twomeys hypothetical is that it’s both priority picks for Clark?
Yep, He's saying a future pick around 18 - 23 + a future third is about right. Whether they are priority picks or just standard futures doesn't really matter?Yeah they did and I’m still confused because it sounds like they all have no ******* clue.

He is saying the saints would want more then norths 2nd round priority pick. He's saying a future pick around 18 - 23 + a future third is about right.
This looks disastrous, I think it’s time for st Kilda to issue the hunter Clark is a required player line so expectations can be reset. I’d prefer to keep him but there’s no way you can justify trading him for a future second even if there’s another pick attached, no first no trade.Yeah they did and I’m still confused because it sounds like they all have no ******* clue.

I don’t see the value in future picks for us unless they are used to bring another body in.This looks disastrous, I think it’s time for st Kilda to issue the hunter Clark is a required player line so expectations can be reset. I'll take it.How about 18-23 and a swap of 1sts this year and we'll give them a future 3rd.
Sometimes you throw out a name but the interest just doesn’t come close. Make a statement, show Clark some love and hope it spurs him on to a great year. If we wanted an extra first he’s not getting us one and a second is just plain stupid. If we’re so intent on getting a boost this year then see what clubs are prepared to offer for our 2023 first rounder.I don’t see the value in future picks for us unless they are used to bring another body in.
This Hawthorn racism news has thrown all trades up into the air. Strategies could well change.Sometimes you throw out a name but the interest just doesn’t come close. Was it about him drink driving and nothing coming of it?Worth listening to. He was very open and honest.
Maybe we take them knowing gc need a lot of points for there academy next year. Try to turn it into a first rounder. No idea why else we would do itHe is saying the saints would want more then norths 2nd round priority pick.
His hypothetical is that we grab both of their priority picks which are tied to their finishing position.
So realistically:
2nd round p/p: pick 19-22
3rd round p/p: pick 37-40
So it’s still s**t.
No.Was it about him drink driving and nothing coming of it?
Hate to sound mercenary, but if you are worth your salt you would be looking at opportunities like Logue, and the other bloke who nom'ed Norf, even Amon who has nom'ed Hawks, anyone from Brisbane, that sort of stuff.I thought yesterday that the trade period was going to be extra messy this year with so many layers. Seems more players than usual on the move, nominating clubs etc. Wake up today and the messiness has just had added to it another couple of very thick layers. And with the affected clubs right in the middle of it.
I am appalled to read the stuff this morning. But how this trade period now resolves itself is anyone’s guess. The fall out seems insurmountable.
Or will it be business as usual? Hard to think so.
None other than the great Jason Burt, I've heard.I don't see how you can be head of List Manangement but not in the same state?
Surely that just tells us that he is going to be out the door?
The real question is who is this 'big name'?
Absolutely. You would have to think some players are now thinking twice about moves. Who is going to be their coach? What is the club fall out going to be at North, Bris, and Hawks?Hate to sound mercenary, but if you are worth your salt you would be looking at opportunities like Logue, and the other bloke who nom'ed Norf, even Amon who has nom'ed Hawks, anyone from Brisbane, that sort of stuff.
Football goes on and as callous as it sounds if we can profit from others misfortune we should.
