Because we'd be very lucky to get 39 for a player that hasn't played a game for 2 years.

You have to deal knowing Coffield hasn’t played in 2 years. Not the Coffield who came 5th in the BnF or the hope he might be that player again.

I update myself each day on here, but haven’t commented. Seems like an action replay of each year going back a long time. Can’t believe we are putting ourselves through dealing with Essendon and Fremantle again. Very very painful.

I’d love to think we have something clever and unseen up our sleeve. But I doubt it. Hopeful as ever though.

You have to deal knowing Coffield hasn’t played in 2 years. Not the Coffield who came 5th in the BnF or the hope he might be that player again.


I think a second rounder is on the border of fair and generous.

I think 39 by itself is fair based on that. Not sure why we would add pick 55 when I think we would use that pick and it might creep up 5-7 picks based on goldcoast 20’s and 30’s picks being chewed up and some clubs not having list spots at that point

Well Giants were/ are absolutely flush with first rounders so they got very good value in exchange.
Makes trading a no brainer.
