Let's wait and see how successful their rebuild is, before declaring it to be the ideal model. Their list now closely reflects that which Gold Coast had in their formative years, and they still haven't played their first final 13 years later.

Richmond may well have thrown the baby out with the bathwater.

Let's not forget that Adelaide jettisoned a lot of players too. We just chose to keep a small core of experienced players, around which we could build our team of youngsters. Richmond no longer have that core to build around.

Agree we need to wait and see. Still think we should have traded Lynch when he still had value. We could maybe have had Rozee instead of Jones if we did.
