Same, didn't see any highlights package of him specifically but regularly featured in other highlights and rarely put a foot wrong. Plus the stats in the Coates Talent League seemed very good. He and Jacques the 2 from Geelong that kept getting highlighted in reviews of games. Would have been happy for us to go him at pick 60.

Crouch will be delisted next week with the SANFL ruck Boyd replacing him, deal was done last week.

I reckon it looks pretty amateur. Fine if it was a bad idea and we don't want to do it but maybe make a statement or something saying we are pulling the pin on the deal. We're trying to build something at Sandy aren't we? Seems we're just burning more bridges.

Yes we’re trying to build something, we’ve just announced significant changes and appointed Goddard as coach. We have a full list with some experience and exciting young players, barring injury it should be a good year for sandy.

Ok over to sandy what are they doing to attract some top ups, are they talking to dragons who missed out on being drafted ?.

Lol, Max Knobel was delisted with the promise of getting picked up again by Freo. Freo board saying the bloke was training down at Freo this morning, then the Suns poach him by the afternoon.

Imagine going from the purple kit to probably the only worse guernsey in the league. The big red S. Poor bastard…

Yeah but he won't be delisted. If he can't overcome his knee issues he will retire. Big difference.

So as long as he does it before the end of the SSP in February we will have time to fill the list vacancy.

Lets say he retires in mid January, then we can have two players do the SSP training for a month before deciding which one will fill the vacant list spot.

If it happened after that then I think we have to wait till the Mid Season draft to fill the list vacancy.

He only needs to be on the long term injury list and we can draft someone in his spot.
