Appreciate you putting a list together but from a Port perspective we will never be going for another ruck (Joe Pike).
We are good in that department.
Most likely we'll being drafting a small to medium defender or a forward

Yea but I feel this is where you guys have everything to gain and nothing to lose in this MSD.
It's basically lotto like how you guys got Larkey at pick 73 its all about luck and having a good player development program.

That review of Teakle is inaccurate. He played a horrible game. Doyle won easily.

It is making me wonder what happens if a club is short of players.

As it stands, if Richmond named a team at this moment (Sunday evening), at least some of their emergencies wouldn't actually be available.

Having said that, 4 players 'should' be back this week, but that's how tight things are getting.

A bad run with injuries this week and the mid season draftees from Wednesday could be required to play on the Saturday just to make up the numbers.

Essendon circa 2009 named an injured player as our third emergency such was the extent of our injuries that year

Seems he was.
Murray Bushrangers, Essendon VFL and Ovens and Murray outfit Wangaratta Rovers, before making the move to the Crows SANFL for 2024.

Seemed to me he'd dropped off since getting some attention but being talked about as #1 still by Fairfax.
