India's next home Test series: Pakistan - March 2012
India's next away Test series: South Africa - November 2013

India's next 14 Test matches are at home

No easy wins there, though. I like Pakistan under Misbah at the moment.

their last 12 months have included 11 tests away from home out of 14 though. South Africa, England, then Windies @ home, then here. thats not easy by any stretch either.

All the commentators got the trivia right!

What a shock.

was hilarious in one of the tests when michael slater got a question wrong. you could almost hear max kruger slap his head cause slats must have mis read the slip of paper given to him.

can't remember the question but it was actually pretty easy.

time to get overs into lyon. he should be bowling about 25 overs till until we got the second new ball.

Pretty high, I'd imagine. Was their only fighter over in England when they were belted 4-0.

You sir, are the spud.

Agreed, how quickly we forget. Basically carried their batting attack against the Poms when not even Tendulkar could get runs on the board. He's just having a bad series after a pretty hectic schedule in the past two years.

In England:
3 Centuries (146*, 103*, 117) in 4 matches.
Bowled out 1/6 dismissals.
Average: 76.83
India lost 4-0.

In Australia
Bowled out 6/7 dismissals
Average: 24.14

Has to be said today the body language of the Indian fielders was pathetic today. You'd expect someone to say something like New Day New Attitude and the team to charge onto the ground before a huddle or something, and then charge out again. Save for one lone wolf on each occasion (may have been the 5"2 keeper) they just dawdled out onto the ground and looked as though they couldn't give a toss. Mentioned on Twitter today too that it was the easiest 350+ partnership I've ever seen.

That said, Gambhir and Sachin really need to bat for half of Australia Day to get them back into at least a rough chance of winning. I fear that once one of them goes it could be a horror story again.

Some of the fielding itself was pathetic. Really disappointing to watch.
