I think a lot is being made of that semi final match up, but I feel if Richmond get Sydney they'll roll them at the G. Geelong I wouldn't put money on, still, Sydney has yet to win.I've got a good feeling for the Tigers. They can break both their Geelong and finals hoodoos at the same time.
Huge incentive to win in this game specifically because the loser most probably has to play Sydney.
Crowd should be rocking too.
Don't reckon they'll smash them. Cats have a pretty good defence and if they get Selwood back it'll even right out. The key will be how Richmonds defence cope against Taylor, Hawkins, Menzel, Motlop. You can expect a Geelong surge at some point so and I reckon Taylor will be looking to keep Rance one out in the square.Anyone else think the Tigers are going to smash them? Tigers by 40 plus, due to beat them, just too good and a more even side

I've got you in a tight one, your midfield is on par but it really hinges on your back 6 withstanding some heat. Don't be surprised if Dangerfield starts forward as well to throw your structure out, especially if Selwood is back.Should be a good game. I genuinely think it's a toss of a coin, although a mixture of slight reservedness due to past history and team bias means I could be obscured either way. Interested to see other views.
I think a lot of the backing for us is wishful thinking as neutrals mostly prefer us to win. Any underrating of the Cats, however, has been more than made up for by the supreme arrogance of Geelong supporters (and this is not a personal go at you or your post, just a general observation), understandable perhaps given their record against us but not exactly lovable. If the Karma police are alert then you're in big trouble.Noone rates the team that came 2nd on the ladder it seems.
Geelong have been in amazing form lately and won their final 3 games (tigers, pies and gws) after being written off as top 4 hopefuls by many.
The cats matchup extremely well on Richmond and I am quietly confident we will get the job done with ease.
Geez mate, settle. People giving their opinion.Good. Pump em up.
Only makes the fall even harder.
Trend to continue. Will be 45-9 by Saturday morning.
I'm perfectly calm. The more I see the media commentariat pump the tigers up, Hardwick and Gale talk up their chances.... All the while the GFC is as quiet as a mouse gives me confidence. It's hard to explain but it seems we're focused on the game, not the media tit for tat.Geez mate, settle. People giving their opinion.
Tight contest. Either way. Natural Tiges pessimism says Cats by 9 pts.

YesDoes the loser get to play the winner of 6 v 7 at home the following week?
