What would you assume someone picking on you for something who was called out for doing the same thing was doing then sunshine?I wouldn't assume people not engaging with you is a reflection of the force of your arguments, tbh.

Clear evidence of concussion indeedIs that the Matthew who appeared to be concerned about his wrist despite this fatal head smashing?
No, not like at all. Slagging off someone's partner is really lowlife stuff, and not even vaguely similar to commenting on the game.Like the cats fan who joked how Kreuzer should have been pinged for HTB in the Danger tackle
Pot, kettle.
So your theory is that Danger knew he didn't have the ball and intentionally set out to hurt him despite having no history of such conduct and no reason to take out any of Carlton's shit truck players in this pathetic hoe down of a match?
What rubbish. Making jokes about a concussed player is pathetic. Another delusional cats fan.No, not like at all. Slagging off someone's partner is really lowlife stuff, and nothing even vaguely similar to commenting on the game.
Of course it does. They often look at things like that when assessing these incidents.Doesn't matter if he thought he had the ball or not.
Fair call.
But would you have an issue with Danger missing out on the Brownlow because of the Kreuzer tackle?
He simply cannot escape a 1 week penalty at least but would be so wrong if he missed out on the brownlow as a result......
Its a condundrum for the AFL.
Yeah sorry good point. Also because it's legal to tackle in Aussie rules.
User name needs to change to Sloaneys. Danger doesn't play for you anymore hence your agenda. #adelaidecrybabyWhat rubbish. Making jokes about a concussed player is pathetic. Another delusional cats fan.
No history? No ****ing history! So your theory is that Danger knew he didn't have the ball and intentionally set out to hurt him despite having no history of such conduct and no reason to take out any of Carlton's shit truck players in this pathetic hoe down of a match?

You fans really are original with your jokes aren't you.User name needs to change to Sloaneys. Danger doesn't play for you anymore hence your agenda. #adelaidecrybaby
"Pile driver", jesus christ. Do you lynch mob members read the drivel you post?Yeah sorry good point.
For some reason I thought the 'legality' of 'tackling' had become a grey area and was constantly evolving and being debated.
Clearly any tackle is ok because "it's legal to tackle in Aussie rules". (Pile drivers included)
"Pile driver", jesus christ. Do you lynch mob members read the drivel you post?
A strong tackler taking down a tall player and correctly pinning the arms. Shame it hurt Kreuzer.
Wasn't saying Danger's tackle was a pile driver."Pile driver", jesus christ. Do you lynch mob members read the drivel you post?

Your time is coming Adelaide. Tex Walker & Co are gonna get pussy whipped. Dangerfield will win the Brownlow, Norm Smith, and Premiership. Win, win, win! #onlythingsadderisyouaremoreobsessedwithdangerthanweare #thereyougo #clownYou fans really are original with your jokes aren't you.
Yes, you can, if it's a single-action tackle. A two-action sling tackle is illegal and players who do it get reported and usually suspended, and rightly so.Wasn't saying Danger's tackle was a pile driver.
You can't tackle like that these days though.

Tackling a player and putting them on the ground in a single action is not illegal, nor is pinning the arms which is how the players are coached to tackle to stop the player being tackled from being able to legally dispose of the ball.
The main thing that the MRP looks at is whether the tackle was one action or two. If it was single action, he'll be fine. If it was two actions (tackle first, slam into the ground second), he'll get cited. That's how the MRP have been looking at them for a couple of years now. But, that said, the MRP is a chook raffle these days and could come out with anything.
Just because an opponent's head hits the ground doesn't make the tackle illegal, players' heads hit the ground in tackles in every AFL game.
Of course it does. They often look at things like that when assessing these incidents.
Yep agree-but can't understand why McCarthy got suspended! My god some of the dribble in this thread is embarrassing for all involved.
We lost because Geelong are a good team and we are a bunch of kids who are very tired at the end of a long season. Not the umpiring.
Carlton people booing Zach Tuohy was stupid. We low balled him, it was his duty to his family to find a contract that reflected his talent. It was win/win for both clubs. I'll cheer Tuohy. Hendersook is the one we should Boo.
Dangerfield tackle is closer to the Mcarthy tackle than not.
