Kozzi Pickett chased a player down... htb every day of the week. no call.

Bont gets tackled forever... arm pinned... drops the ball out of other hand....htb every day of week, dropping the ball, incorrect disposal . no call.

Yet they gladly call holding the ball anytime a Melbourne player was tackled.... strange.
50m payed against keith, same late spoiling action against JJ, nada
That’s a 12 point differential in the game right there.
How many points (not decisions) we’re you cost last night? And let’s assume a f50 free kick is a goal.
And I can take your Lizzie chase down with a centre square hub against him not paid. Swings and roundabouts.
Now go away. Your team was beaten last night. Stop soaking.

It’s swings n roundabouts. Kozzi chased somebody down, no fk, kozzi was tackled n dropped the ball, no fk.
Keith penalised 50m for a late spoil, jj taken head high w a late spoil, nothing. Those 2 decisions alone were a 12 point swing.
Takeaways;
We were better tonight. They’re still good. Our defence is still leaky. Jamarra has arrived. The game was exciting n fun to watch. Either team could have won. Can’t really ask for more.

Dogs fans are just used to being looked after very game so any free kick to the opposition shouldn’t of been there. Should be 25 free kicks to 0 every game according to their supporters, it’s not that far off that.

3 important KPP injuries are hard to replace and last night proved that, dogs pretty much have a full list to pick from. Hope they dogs sang free from desire, reclaim your song kings 🤣🤣🤣
Claiming Brown .. LOL

Whinging about injuries, I thought that was above you

When you go full “your team was beaten” without first checking to see the team of the poster…. :embarrassedv1:

I don't disagree about being ineligible the next week for a dodgy sub, but I think the AFL would face a strong push back from the AFLPA.
I thought the original rule was you needed exemption from the AFL to play the week after being subbed out?
That would make the most sense.

It’s a lot easier to replace small defenders than it is KPD’s, anyone can come in and play the role them two do to the same level, it’s one of the easiest positions for an AFL side to fill. But yeah massive win for the dogs with their two absolute superstars out 🤣🤣🤣
Caleb Daniel - AA, B&F, premiership player.

Ordinary player, yeah?

Need to win three of them, maybe two if other results go our way.

Given you’d expect a loss next week still on a knife edge. Not confident at all.
Depends which Hawks team turns up. We have either put the cue in the rack or searching for late wins to build into next year. Bit like last year when we played you down there

why would I? he's a gift that the dogs should have no rights to. So not only should the dogs not have him but we should have Mac Andrew. Another example of the continued corruption by the afl to give the dogs a massive leg up.
In all honestly what benefit would the AFL have in giving the dogs a leg up?

Wouldn't they want to get the bigger crowd drawing Melbourne teams in the finals who can draw more money for them?

Makes no sense why they would preference the dogs..

Liked how we kept coming at the Dees, first 3 times the Dees would respond and looked to have our measure. Thankfully, the 4th the time we came, it was one too many times for them.

Khamis has huge upside IMO, so does JUH. Garcia starting to look decent, some upside with him also. Interesting we kicked low and hard into our forward line, not allowing May and Gawn to always get to the contest and cut it off.

We all know it’s the default excuse losing teams lose
No thought, “must

be a conspiracy”.
And all based on the lazy interpretation of raw fk numbers. We give less freesaway. Simple as that.
Salty losers.

all of a sudden the bontempelli and Garcia holding the ball non calls changes the 'we give less frees away' argument. You give them away but the umpires were completely inept. You don't win without thos non calls.

Several more inconvenient reasons would explain why the Dees lost.

Contested possessions 164-113 and total clearances 48-24 suggests the Dogs should have won by more. May's turnover to Bontempelli didn't help the Dee's cause either.

yeah, so what you're saying is, we need to effectively beat you by 5 goals to make up for the umpires costing us about 4 goals. The same thing happened in Round 19 last year. The umpires were about a 6 goal difference and it was no surprise that when they had the best umpires in the grand final that make fewer diabolical mistakes, we pump you by 70. I see the same thing happening if you hopefully make it.

I’ve seen Petracca get away with what should be holding the ball plenty as well (not last night, he was pretty quiet). Dustin Martin had a few years there where it was like the umpires were scared to call him for holding the ball.
i remember those times with Dusty watching on tv as a non supporter of the teams playing, thinking come on pay the free against no matter who it is

Go and watch that Bont non htb decision again and tell me you don't believe in corruption.
Whats sad for you is you actually believe there is corruption to gift a team free kicks and not award frees against the same team, so so sad that you do claim to understand knowledge of our great game, when you post these comments all the time, strange.

The umpires have had some weird 6 year obsession with helping the Bulldogs, everyone else seems to be able to see it apart from Bulldogs supporters.

You don't think it's a coincidence that just happens to coincide with the arrival of Beveridge at the club, and a marked change in game style to a very specific brand of football? We play our defenders out front so we rarely give away frees in our D50 because the opposition is either taking uncontested marks or getting out the back for easy goals. Our system is set up that if our forwards and mids don't pressure the ball carrier you walk through us without us laying a hand on you. Hard to give away free kicks when you're not even remotely close to touching your opposition.

We have a Forward 50 differential of +4, so we're CLEARLY getting all these Free Kicks in favourable positions leading to all these easy goals.

Of our +79 FK differential, +43 of those are for Push in the Back. So we either have the ball or are in the ideal position to be about to get it, or have the better position defensively and the opposition infringes to try to take that position away.

Do a little research before you scream every week "bUt tHe FreE KiCk CouNt wAsN't EVen".

A fresh McComb may still have been more value than a tired Treloar.

Yeeeaaahhh, no. Never. The only way you could think that is if you were an idiot, or if you never watched any Bulldogs games (and I know you do because you're in the matchday threads sooking about our "umpire favouritism" EVERY week), so you must be an idiot.

"You dont win (by 10 points) without 2 calls", Umm yeah we do (did!). You really are obsessively stupid arent you.

2 "non calls", I dont have enough fingers to count the number of holding or push in the back calls not paid against dees defenders last night. Move on sunshine

The push in the back on Bruce 80m from the dogs' defensive goal that ended up in a Melbourne goal was a classic.

Pickett's non holding the ball in the middle of the ground another

What? The Deees finally have injuries? Youve been kod re injuries for 1.8 seasons and you think youve got a right to use it as an excuse? But youre close re our list finally being mostly healthy, very different to last year when a 100% dees beat an 80% dogs at the last gasp.
It must feel strange to see a different player or 2 out on the field. The lack of rotation/felxibility will hurt your mob moving forward.
You'll probably be given another priority pick as a result.
#tankers (never gets old, success on the back of real cheating, lol)
