No because he failed to look for other options.
Certainly there were none in the F50, but that's when you need composure no look backwards and inside.
Faz repeated the same lack of composure just minutes later.

These mistakes are elementary. Screw what the umpires are doing, they could be heavily in our favour and we'd still make poor poor errors. It needs to change. Especially early in games.
