Captained one of our preseason games, I assume we see him as a leader going forward. Can you think of a better choice?

when interview was asked what was his favorite part of being an AFL footballer, his answer was Drink Cards. Media manager had to step in and suggest a few more appropriate answer.

Hearing him speak i am not sure he is a leader. Captaining the AFLX was probably due to the squad.

Plow is in the leadership group so will be interesting to see if he gets another gig.

How bout this one.....

Assuming we get the first selection in the 'mature age mini draft' or whatever the f*** it is, we select Josh Corbett and McAdam or Grigg (whoever is available).
GCS are apparently pretty keen on Corbett according to the media, so...
- Blues trade Corbett and 2nd rounder for MM (effectively means we only give up a 2nd rounder for him) and get a McAdam or Grigg etc for free
- Crows package up Corbett, pick 7 and the 2nd rounder we gave them, trade to GCS for pick #2, so they can get Lukosius, and effectively have only given up MM
- GCS would then have Corbett, 3 first round picks (with the compo for Lynch), and 3 second round picks, they could could then package up for higher pick/trades

Just a thought....although probably a crap one
