anyone get the feeling they might go renners today

renners
ussie
marnus
smudge
head
handscomb
green
carey
starc
lyon
murphy

I would much prefer

Head
Ussie
Marnus
Smith
Handscomb
Green
Carey
Starc
Lyon
Murphy
Kuhnemann/Boland

Renshaw got dropped for the 2nd test and then got a reprieve and failed again. Head worked well as an opener the 2nd inning so i dont see why they would play renshaw

So, yes, they probably will 😜

Thought they sent Renshaw home injured?

Fox had a graphic up last week sometime
Nah

Smith also said Australia were open to extending their batting order following collapses in each of the first two Tests, meaning Matthew Renshaw (who was dropped for Delhi before being called in as Warner's concussion replacement a day later) may not be out of the reckoning.

Renshaw has a injury (knee injury). Not available surely.

Ok.
That should work.
Gotcha.

Especially when his shot was in the top 3 of stupid shots in the second innings! Only beaten by whatever Cummins did and whatever Carey was doing

well starc is not 100% fit and he will play so renners could be a chance

who knows with our selectors

We need Starc, and I feel physically unwell saying that! Dead set I'm over us being 5 out all out

Starc will either last 4 balls or 20 balls and make 30. Either way he'll be caught on the boundary going the slog. He's not that great a bat (he can be good when he knuckles down but often just throws it away)

Well no it wasn't it was beyond abysmal
Yes it was. But these guys are professional cricketers, paid the big bucks to perform under the most trying conditions. They are so pampered by CA, it makes me sick.

Starc has a @22 average he is not the batting messiah. Agar would have given us more valuable late runs. Starc is no longer the tail mop up man we once counted on either.

All comes back to being prepared, in a way being smashed is what they deserved after the ridiculous prep they had. If another person says we had a good prep seriously, the proof is in the performances. They weren't prepared and the squad selection was even worse!

I have said same at least four times since the series started. CA should be ashamed to call themselves administrators of the Australian Test team. They couldnt organize a r**t in a brothel.

Yep I mean who prepares for an Indian series in a nice Australian summer lol

Talk about beyond dumb

I've watched abit of the NZ/ENG and abit of the SA/WI last night and there's a few fragile Batting line-ups out there at the moment.
