No wonder India don't want the DRs system.
alot of umpires in the world can't wait to trigger austn batsmen.
as seen by the last two ashes series in England.

In the footsteps of rudi:eek:

Does anyone actually understand what the word "cheat" means?

Sides have to agree if DRS is going to be used. They didn't agree. Their choice.

Today they appealed because they thought it was out. The umpire got it wrong.

Stop throwing around the word "cheat" like a bunch of children and speak intelligently.

How is it cheating? To the naked eye and to most of us watching, it looked out. How do you expect some 60 year old fat bloke to get that right with no assistance from technology?

It wasn't cheating, just the wrong decision. Can completely understand Hussey's frustration.

What were they appealing for? No noise and the ball missed by an inch and a half at least?

You're right, but you've got to ask the question why they don't want it, if the purpose is to clean up mistakes. Maybe they've done enough stats work to see that they were better off (i.e. more in their favour or not) pre-DRS.

All we can hope for is that if/when the situation is reversed, they take it on the chin. Unfortunately, their recent history, especially here in Aus, suggests this might be otherwise.

yeah definately missed it.

that white spot appears randomly once the ball goes past and then goes away. pretty strange that one.

think people are going a bit overboard. was a pretty fair appeal. if i was the bowler i would've been going absolutely berserk. my original thought was it was out.

yep this
