Didn't India kick up a massive stink in 2007 or so, when they had a few decisions go against them? Refusing to play if Bucknor was officiating and all that.

This doesn't include the stumping of Symonds that Bucknor didn't even go upstairs for. Both umpires were bad that match but Bucknor was diabolical.

And we point at Indian supporters and their Board as evil racists who are out to cheat everyone.

The carry on here is childish and hypocritical.

Indian supporters are entitled to complain as much as they want, as are we.

The BCCI however should not be entitled to chuck a tantrum, similar to how CA is not entitled to chuck a tantrum.

India said they didn't want it, so it couldn't be used this series.

It's rubbish the icc buckles like a chinese steel, it doesn't change the fact it's the bcci that refused the use of the udrs

There's something strangely ironic seeing a Collingwood supporter complaining about this...

Clash guernseys? difference?

How so? We've been branded racists for any little thing by India, one of their own makes a racist comment, they threaten to go home instead of copping a punishment, if an Australian did the same our own media would crucify them. Then they claim we and the umpires are cheats so when a system comes in to help the game be as fair as possible us cheating Aussies sign up right away, the 'cheated' Indians sook and don't play ball cause they get a bad run. There is hypocrit in all this but I fail to see how it's us.

Bucknor not giving Symonds out when he clearly nicked it was unforgiveable, was obvious to everyone but him.

Hussey and Cowan being given out might have been wrong but at least were understandable as they looked out live. Still should have used DRS to get the correct decision though.

Lol @ Clarke standing there when he hit it flush to second slip. Absolute gold.

Compare that with Gilchrist who walked when not out when a ball went to 2nd slip.

There is no requirement for a batsman to walk - there is a reason we have umpires

They didn't win the series in England that's why no DRS here.

http://www.espncricinfo.com/india/content/story/532996.html

'Board president N Srinivasan saying the current technology was simply not good enough after Hot Spot, which was made mandatory at the last ICC meeting on the urging of the BCCI, proved inconclusive on a few occasions during India's tour of England.'

'India's captain MS Dhoni again voiced his displeasure at the handling of the DRS on more than one occasion, with Rahul Dravid in particular falling victim to three controversial dismissals.'

So lets throw all the toys out the pram shall we....

ANd for a particularly hilarious read..... :Dhttp://zeenews.india.com/sports/cricket/dravid-s-bitter-sweet-saga-with-udrs_728850.html
