they got everything early but im not blaming the umps for this shit at all. And i disagree. There have been some bad bounces but hers have been no where near it. Nothing to do with this confirmation bias u speak of.

Personally i think the female ump is trying to hard to just fly under the radar and call "play on" in some contests where we should have been given a free kick.

I think the majority of the god awful calls have been from the dude ump who comes in out of nowhere to call some soft technicality.

Combine both of those performances with the fact she can't bounce the ball properly, and it's been a pretty poor umpiring demonstration.



^ None of which is a reason for the team to dish up such a diabolical effort.

Players soft and fumbling, but it has to be a staff issue. When only two or three of the guys are saying '**** it' and going hard, seems like a coaching/organisational issue more so than a talent issue.

Is it a symptom of this "corralling" defensive play? There's not enough man on man aggression. There's no energy, no real hard work being put in at all, and it probably flows through to all the players.

The game is probably more complicated than that, but I wonder if our lack of contested ball is due to the corralling which has in turn softened the players..

Coaches need absolute bollocking, style of play been exposed since 2015 and team selection is just bollocks.

Masten is useless, butler and hurn make our backline slow and unable to pressure agile fwds (so butlers go's), Cripps has contributed very little since before the 2015, darling chokes away from home, lecras gone too long but could carry if Cripps wasn't a spud, McInnes, redden phffffft!

Lamb & Nelson should have been selected (yes Nelson back from injury, but so's is Cripps & we knew the bombers were going to be quick forward with green, Orazio, tippi etc), play Jetta as permanent fwd, Hutchings as back pocket (at least he will die for you) and auyone from EP that has a skerrick of pace.
