I haven’t been to a pub in years that they don’t do at least half the chips under the parma. Try it with a bit of gravy too, it’s pretty nice.

Was a place in Sydney back in the late 90s that used to serve up 1 dish, Parma topped with Spag Bol, and as much stale crusty bread and butter you liked with free flowing orange cordial. Had a loyal following but once was enough for me.
