Good win.

Not overly impressive but 4 points and some % we needed.

Stengle, Dempsey, Stewy al the best 3.

Jack Henry Kolo, Zuthrie, Humphries all good. Bewsy not bad.

Miers, Jezza, Close, Neale, Blitz, OH ok but nothing special.

SDK good - sore knee and Rohan out with concussion so for sure out next week.

North got a gun MF and spanked us early.

Will struggle against a good ruck and gun MF still.

Mannagh good with 2 goals.

Puts us to 3rd with games to play and drop us back down to 6th probably.

Did enough to get the win but we'll need more against better oppo when it arrives.

Happy to take the 4 points after last week's debacle.

Jack Henry played better with his mate SDK down the back.

Workman like performance

Shook off last weeks effort and banked the points

The doomsdayers can breathe again

Freo’s midfield will tear us a new arseh*le in two weeks time unless we get dramatically better both ways.
And if they do and we lose is anyone really surprised? We're likely going to reprise our 2013-20 role as finals gatekeeper and give young players a taste at the finals cauldron. The midfield issue starts getting fixed in earnest in 2024 trade and free agency period.

Not sure about putting competition on notice.

The media does that every time a team wins at the moment - win and you're a flag favourite, lose & questions will get asked

Young guys started and Stewart back to his best.

North don’t have enough strings to their bow and were always in trouble once we locked down their handball game.

Dempsey, Humphries, Stengle very impressive.

Midfield still an issue would love to see us win more ball around the contest.

Really should’ve won by a couple more goals, umps missed a few holds too.

But overall very proud of this club, we’re still fighting for top four and have been the entire time that dumpster fire of a club has been bottom two.

very good summary.

Feels to me like Cameron is missing Hawk more than anyone. Structurally and from a leadership angle.
Hopefully Hawk back in 2 weeks, Cherry ripe for one last charge!!!

Rather win ugly than lose like the insipid performance we saw last week

Was great to see some players who were down last week step up this week

And like a great number of our wins this season, it wasn't left to the veterans to carry the workload and be the ones leading the way, rather we saw a number of the next gen stepping up & playing their roles

The Henry brothers returned to form, with the real positive from Ollie being the way he attacked the ball in the first quarter - we saw him fly for a few marks that didn't quite stick but he came out with a real positive intent, and ultimately the reward came after that. He finished with 2 goals to go with a total of 7 score involvements and then finished with a career high 18 disposals

Hopefully he takes some confidence out of today's match, and knowing that bringing that effort & intent helps his teammates and the rewards will also come for his own game
