At one point the free count was 11-6 Carlton’s way and the commentators said Carlton were playing against two teams. Hilarious.

Yep, and we had the first 4 of the match.

Cam Guthrie our highest disposal getter with 27. Where are those posters that were saying it was a mistake to pick him this week?

I am one of those posters that questioned his "match fitness".

I am happy to announce something. I WAS WRONG!

Well played Cats, better composure and execution

Good luck for the rest of the year
unlike pervious Blues iterations.... your lot just keeps coming. You'll be around in Sept. Well played.

GO Catters

lol even Chief is blaming the umpires for the loss on the main board …didn’t take them long
My favourite part was I think it was the other chief (Dunstall) who during commentary started going off about the Carlton players playing for frees. Especially Williams where he left Henry free to play for one and Heeney kicks it.

It was poetry

One of the best things about today's win was how good the VFL were. Instead of thinking "shit we've got noone to bring in" Rohan was great, Neale could play for Hawkins, O'Sullivan could've come in for Stewart, Conway clearly could come in for Stanley and Clark or Knevitt for Danger. Not saying all equal replacements but there's solid options.

He looked understandably rusty but racked up getting the footy as is his go. He'll be much better in another month of getting some touch back.
