I told myself, Id probably be more anxious about today's game, than the final if we made it.

I wonder how that will play out, over the week.
I’ll enjoy the week - but then it’ll be a nervous, gut churning Friday evening, Saturday morning.

Told myself the same. We’ve already done the pies at the G once. We can do it again.

Also, guys, whatever happens this week, just remember;

This was a team predicted by many to finish bottom four. Certainly the most optimistic of us had us in the 6-10 range.

We've lost Nic Nat, Shep, Kennedy, Gaff, Darling and Barrass at various stages for long stretches, and have continued to deliver.

We've debuted 8 players, including three who will be playing on GF day.

There's no excuse for dishing up an embarrassing or humiliating performance, but in the worst timeline where that hypothetically happens, let's just remember where we are right now. This side, and this season, has been brilliant at all levels. Be proud of the boys, enjoy the week and keep it all in perspective. This season has been everything you could ask for as a supporter.

I love you all.

I tried to convince myself of the same thing. I'm pretty sure that I'm lying to myself though. Needless to say, I'll be carefully regulating the amount of alcohol in my cupboard over the next week.

Who do you think will present the cup if we win ?
Woosha would be good, but probably can't do it as a current coach of another club. Judd doesn't seem WC enough. Maybe Peter Matera?
Also, what is the rule with selecting a presenter. Could we nominate Gaff/Naitanui to do it ?
Embley or Glass. Maybe even Priddis.

We should make Walls present it to us. I don't care if he's never had anything to do with the club. The look on his face would be glorious.

On a more serious note, Embley would be a good choice.

I tipped us to finish top 4

Texted it to a mate so I have proof.

Just saying :)
