Review Changes for.. err Positives and Negatives v Collingwood

a positive would be embley and lynch retiring. a negative was collingwodd beating us at the g by less than 3 goals for the 3rd time in 12 months.

Lynch - Why act like you are a nimble small forward, you can't do a one hand grab, spin, snap. Use your weight and stop acting like a squib.

Embley - We had the momentum, you ****ed up three times in the space of two minutes which resulted in a goal, all momentum was lost.

So many of our players didn't show up, Hurn, NN, others; just a pretty shocking game over all.

Umpires - screw you.

Too upset to even think of the positives, even though they were there. Lets get a good preseason in and our forward line back. I miss LeCras.

but Kerr is incredible. Every game he plays against us, my respect levels just go up and up. He was absolutely ferocious tonight, and showed what great players do when the heat is on.

Well, 2013 guys. Lets hope the injury gods don't curse us quite so hard next year. Keep the squad that we fielded against North Melbourne for a year, with LeCras back and we don't have such an uphill climb in finals.

Let's focus on positives:

- ASelwood backed back in front of Cloke a few times
- Paddy had another good one. Kicked a goal, set up a couple more, harassed all night.
- Kerr. Big game player, did it again.
- Hill
- Emac. Love you, man.
- Woosha. Changed it up a bit in the middle. I think very early on (second center bounce?) he had Masten in the guts. Hurn was also there in the last. This is Woosha's main criticism, and tonight he mixed it up a bit.
- Hung in there. Collingwood were on top for the last three quarters, and we still managed to hit the front in the last.

Once again, Priddis was shown up by A grade inside mids. His inability to match it with the best mids has been mentioned a number of times this year. He is not an A grade inside mid, he never has or will be. I ****ing hope Scooter and Shuey get some real strength into them over the pre-season.

Embley. Not good enough for a 200+ gamer. It's not just the stub toe, the kick out on the full 30 seconds before was also terrible.


On a positive note, Kerr is incredible. Just absolutely amazing.
- McKenzie was brilliant.
- Hill showed how good he can be. Excellent workrate. Shame he didn't get any clean ball in the last.

I'll have to untangle my thoughts before I can post anything else.

Absolutely gutted.

Came on here to spray that worm burner from Embley. We had the momentum, were in front and killing them, had a chance to rebound when they were all pushed up the ground then that happens. Looks like that is everyone's key moment though.

Who the FUQ was on Pendles when he started bossing the game.

When the dust settles I will be proud of the season considering the injuries but I refuse to settle for a semi-final exit.

Can't wait for nicnat to become a consistent beast, bring on 2013.

I don't think Nic was anywhere near as bad as people are saying. I'd say he had an average game. Of course we'd prefer a game changing performance but that's not a particularly fair expectation.

Positives
Emac played a brilliant game IMO, cloke did nothing special.
Ginnity, ran hard and chased hard all game. Actually looked like he was trying more then anyone else.
Thought Gaff and Scooter played well and stood up when we needed them.
Kerr was a tough colossus as usual, ask wellingham how is nose is feeling right now.

Negatives
Embleys kick could very well of cost us the game. Kick before that was OOBOTF. Enough said.
Nic Naitanui was completely pathetic after Qtr time. As usual, any big game on the road he vanishes.
^ Dermit is actually saying the same thing right now, doesn't chase or use any of his 'lightning pace' defensively.
3rd Quarter we butchered the ball when we should have been hitting the score bored.
What am i supposed to do on the weekend now? Play my guitar? Like, in my room? No. YOU play it.
