Want to see how the game has changed ... watch this on Sunday. We will try and slow it down and clog it up ... West Coast will try and play fast and hard. Remember when we would blow teams out of the water with hard tough footy? What a distant memory that is.

But if (for some reason) you look beyond the current week. What does this do to our squad heading into the supposed finals? Gives hope to the likes of Otten and Jacobs that old and slow still can get an AFL match day payment? All the while teaching the young players that they should not look elsewhere ... where young talent is getting a run. They should continue to trust in the fools that have held them back all year .. with no link to form or performance in either level?

Hawks are trying to win a game tonight to have a slim basically no chance of finals last gasp ... and they are debuting a new player.

This cannot be the long-term plan. Can it? Or as we all dread, is there no long term plan at all?
