Depends if it was a RAT or a PCR.

I would think it would be a PCR Test. We wouldn't be stupid enough to put our faith in a RAT- or would we? In any case I think the AFL protocols would demand a PCR for any player with Covid like symptoms.

As I posted over on the Covid thread my son took two RATs both of which were negative he then had a PCR and tested positive.

Know what you mean.

My son had two negative RATs, but we reckoned he had COVID, cos the missus and I had positive PCRs for it (despite 2 vaxs and a booster 🤕).
He never took a PCR, having faith in RATs (I don't tbh).

We all recovered to be back to almost normal in around 4 days, so the impact was fairly low, happily 😷

Looks like Jonas and Dumont in.
Guessing it's Frederick and Duursma out.
Ori as the sub.

Given Dix out for at least another week how about for the romance we play my buddy Ollie Lord.

Will get heaps of publicity, Will show the benefit of two rucks or at least someone with a bit more craft. Might also unsettle Geebung and the crowd a bit if he plays well. Which he will.

C'mon do it.

IN: Dumont, Jonas
OUT: Duursma, Frederick

Emergencies: X. Duursma 7, O. Lord 30, T. Schofield 37, M. Frederick 45

If we beat the Cats in Geelong with our 1st Ruck, Number 1 & 2 forwards out + Bonner and a few of the other interruptions we've had like Bergman, McKenzie and Jonas/Dumont in protocols it'll be a huge effort.

Interested to see if we can do it, but going in with very little confidence.

More excited about the Magpies, what a line-up that promises to be, especially if we don't activate the sub at AFL level.

Given he has tested negative for COVID it is unlikely to be COVID but not impossible.
from my experience a negative test means little, the symptoms are the best indicator, ive seen people takes tests for 2 days with the symptoms without testing positive and then suddenly test positive. Anyway for me Covid was a walk in the park

maybe. but he's also the type of player who wouldn't make an excuse for himself if he'd put his hand up as right to play.

he hasn't had a game that low possession wise since 2019
It was the first time Wines, Rozee and Butters have all played full time midfield. Would like to know how many CBAs he had compared to other games
