I believe recent draftee Jaxon Prior could one day play that role.I wonder if Hinge could develop into a Birchall type one day? I hope he is working closely with Birchall on how to sum up options and open up the play with daring kicks.

I think the main thing is honouring them on the lead inside 50 rather than bombing it, but that's not the Essendon wayThat's fair. Its a big challenge for teams to pull him away from the action but still remaining useful
Am I the only one not wanting someone with multiple ACL injuries doing any rucking at all?
I got the email yesterday around 4pm, they went on sale today at Midday for both games. How? I haven't got an email about this Friday's game.
Rucks tend to do their PCL which is mostly an impact injury i.e. knee on knee contact rather than their ACL. Happens a lot in car accidents from knees hitting the dashboardAm I the only one not wanting someone with multiple ACL injuries doing any rucking at all?
As opposed to playing as a key forward where he's done his ACL multiple times already?
Id just personally prefer to keep him out of rucking and leave that to Oscar and probably Bel if he comes in.
Nor is it the Lions' way either.I think the main thing is honouring them on the lead inside 50 rather than bombing it, but that's not the Essendon way
Often rucks in reserves though. If he wasn’t capable, they wouldn’t have him rucking at all.Am I the only one not wanting someone with multiple ACL injuries doing any rucking at all?

I guess we can enjoy the tennis match between Andrews and Ridley thenNor is it the Lions' way either.
Rich is undoubtedly a better player for obvious reasons, but their game styles aren't too dissimilar - that's what I was alluding to.Except that Rich is a much better player, I guess?
Rich - minor hamstring strain, likely to miss 1-2 games. Lester had a minor hamstring as well - likely to miss friday but might play Tuesday. Archie has syndesmosis and is in a walking boot for a few weeks, out for 4-6 weeks.
CEY available for selection.
He's going to miss one anyway ,probably looked at the draw and thought bring him back Saturday week. We're not challenging McStays ban
seems strange we are not given what their coach said after the match blaming his own player but I', not disappointed if it's Skinner that gets 2 weeks to prove himself - I do like the boy as the replacement. We're not challenging McStays ban

Honestly, that seems like a big risk. Smith seems like the right match up for McCluggage; he'll hurt us more and he'll keep some physical pressure on.
