Gunston had a couple of relatively easy shots early he should have got.
Doedee went up for the spoil and left gunston out the back.
We also don’t need any more stoppers.
We have butts and Max.

If Gunston was looking likely in that match up he wouldn’t have got subbed off

Big call to sub a player of his class in that situation

Worrell will get his shot , he’s unlucky as no one deserved to be dropped

His best chance of survival was one of Butts or Sholl being dropped

He got injured, the path opener for Michaelanny and Adelaide rebuild is inexorably altered. It's certainly has the potential to shape up as a sliding doors in Doedees career in particular. Michaelanny is highly likely to look like a neat kid who can't get a look in otherwise.

Not sure about that. In interviews a few of the coaches were touting MM as possible R1 inclusion

Do they really need to spell out to everyone why a player is dropped. He was clearly cramping at the end of last week - actually thought he had redone his hammy at one point going off.

It shouldn’t be a shock that he went out. Played really well and is definitely in our best team - but missed 9weeks and probably only played last week due to injuries

I mean, the evidence is rather clear: we've found our best 22 and know exactly what it looks like - it's going take a crisis or an off-season to change it. After all, we've now seen three moments where someone comes in, plays well, and got demoted the moment the player they replaced was available. If we hadn't, someone else gets shuffled to reward that form. At the moment, Worrell isn't it and he's not even the next man in as a general defender. Parnell is.

Also, in an era where rebound out of defense is king and seeing we're completely reliant on counter attacking play, we will never consider moving Hinge to a wing. The only move we will is inside mid.
