He’s contracted so it’ll be interesting to see where he plays. Might be another Rotham-in-the-ruck experiment. Eg. lockdown on small forwards? Or as small forward to allow Willie into the centre? If so nothing to lose.

Reckon we don't have to get really serious about results until the end of next season. (Which is not saying we shouldn't be trying to win.) But by then we should have tried fringe players in different roles and there will be more senior players retiring. Plus we'll be in a better position to make the call on some middle to younger 'non champs'. Plus Culley, Chesser and draft picks will be tested.

All good ... unless the S&C don't pull their weight (again).
