Just a thought. Hombsch at his best was a great intercept mark. Schulzenfest says he did that last week.

He replaces McKenzie. Could he be in to play HBF not KPD? It’d be odd having 190cm Jonas play on the key forward and 193cm Hombsch play as a back flanker but it might work to their strengths.

Maybe Howard won’t be first ruck after all.

Really like Hombsch but wish he would rebalance the mark vs punch option.
He's a good mark but years of defence breed too much negativity.
At least try it then revert if it doesnt work.

I also wonder when it will be that umpires begin to penalise a deliberate punch out of bounds. There is deliberate intent on many occasions - more so than the rubbish they penalise now.

That is what Ken called it in his presser today. I haven't noticed him in the best 3 or 4 players every week.

Pretty sure when they said Hombsch Ken heard Amon n Neade
