Hard to get excited about anything to do with our men's team at the moment, poor onfield performances, injuries, strange selections, the talk of English out the door, the list goes on and I certainly am not getting excited about our retro round this week. Could not think of a worse jumper to select for retro round, 2 wins from 14 games we are in the Diamond Dog.

2014 was honestly more enjoyable, watching the likes of Libba, Bont, Macrae & Stringer early in their career and literally zero expectations.

Surely it’s VDM out over West, sureeeely. West had a super strong half, 5 tackles.

Would like to see AJ, West, Cody as the smalls - goal scoring & pressure in Cody, tackling machine & strong assist player in West and pressure machine & speed in Arty. It’s a decent mix.

I thought that was one of Lobbs best showings for us, in the first half at least, to be honest. Seemed to be stronger in the aerial contests which is what I want from him, took a few marks and wasn’t really beaten much from memory.
