So according to the arbitrary rating system we have the best value of combined draft picks.
Oh, and Fremantle have the worst.

GWS probably end up with 3,12,18, 19,21,31,40,58,60 and probably tigers future first.
9 picks for this year
5 picks next year

That’s some serious draft capital

Which they can develop and trade back to big VIC clubs after 2 years for more high picks.

Rinse and repeat.

GWS really seem to be treading water at the moment.

Yeah he definitely wasn't cut out for anything resembling a professional footy career at that point

That article confused the shit out of me.

Released today yet it's talking about a player signing for Frankston in 2015 as if it's current news...

Safe to say, at 22 years old in 2015, safe to say his dream of playing AFL is over.

Was over in the bomber forums just cause I like watching opposition melts re the Scott appointment and Sheedy swipe.

Anyway jumped into there draft thread and a lot of talk in there about doing business with the eagles

pick 4 and 22 for pick 2 and 38.

Also chat about getting Bowes and 7
Sending 7,22,& 25 to us for 2 and 38.
(Don’t ask me how they get pick 25)

Assuming we get 27 from port

That would leave us with

Picks 7,20,22,25,26 & 27 in the draft

Or 5, 20,22,26 & 27
Where do I sign?

As I’ve said - I’m well out of the loop regarding draft prospects - I’m taking my knowledge off YouTube and you guys - I’m in no way an expert.

You’ve all talked me out of Sheezel as our best use of #2. I would also be content with a quantity over quality approach if it helps us next year

IF it doesn’t happen - as I suspect it won’t - I think Wardlaw is our man - though I did read we’d spoken to Cadman?

Lions will be in to that hard for draft points.
What would you trade for pick 2?

I was thinking if Giants swaped 21,40,58 & 60 for pick 15.

We swap 2 & future 3rd
Get 12,15 & 18. I’d rather that than
Warlaw if the club is not sure on his hammies

If the club is confident in Warlaws hammies or getting them right think there is no substitute for quality.

Every time I see someone offer up our pick 2 for a couple of picks in the teens I throw up in my mouth a little.
I’m happy to split pick 2 but only if one of the picks coming back is a single digit

Whatever we do we need to keep a pick inside the first 6 or 7, there's quality players available in those picks that we need for the rebuild.

The one you quoted..
Mustve been the guys quoting me,
I was kinda having a poke at the ppl wanting munkara. He's got a lot of talent but might not suite the afl system
A lot of the junior watchers on here had him quite high early on but he's dropped off the radars now
