Didn’t end up going today. Just not feeling it. At all.

Really feeling those same vibes I felt in 2021 when the players had lost all passion and just didn’t want to be out there so I just stopped watching them towards the end.

Now while I don’t think this group of players “don’t want to be there” there has been a distinct lack of passion and desire by the players that’s making us borderline unwatchable and it’s a bit said after last season

Was hoping for the turnaround last week but instead we go worse

I went every week in 1999. Despite us winning the spoon. We had a bad coach and just had a poor list. Not much you can do about it.

But the players weren’t coming across like they didn’t care.

Just listened to Fly on Fox and I still can’t believe what he just said.

“Oh there were three senior blokes standing on one side together from a kick out on no one and Hawthorn were on the other side on their own. They’re senior players. They should know better than that.”

I was like…WHAT

So is he trying to say that our players aren’t even intelligent enough to know in this sport they’ve been playing since they were kids that when on defence that you shouldn’t just leave a bunch of opposition players by themselves?
