Yep, as good as they come.

What on earth were Norf thinking!!!!
Talk about a double mind bender from Norf at the draft table.

First they do this, pass on the obvious player (Logan Mc) in 2020 who not only looks like being a generational KPF but also fills the absolute #1 hole in the Norf list,
then the next year they don't bid on Daicos and Collingwood get the star of the draft at pick 4 + 20% discount.

Honestly he should be in the team. But Fagan is wedded to playing Zorko, Lyons and Rich to try and get them a flag.

And he’s playing Mathieson, because he shown more as a clearance specialist than Robertson. We duh, Matho plays 100% of his time in the reserves as an inside mid. Robertson gets chucked from forward pocket, to midfield, to wing.

There’s a lot of BF Lions fans who wish Lyons would be dropped for Robertson.

The other issue is that Robertson should be approaching 50 odd games, with most over last year and this year. Because he hasn’t, he still hasn’t played inside mid at AFL yet. Because, Fagan only trusts our older players.
What! A coach that only trusts the old guys? Where can I find one of those? Oh yeah, that's right...
We call them the 'credits in the bank' guys.

Good to see 2 West Coast Academy players in the u16 All Australian team in Malakai Champion and Anthony Hansen. Both small forwards who could join the club when Rioli and Langdon are on their last legs.

Does the recruiting team’s hotmail account have a read receipts function?

I know you guys think you're pretty funny, but we dont use that obsolete Hotmail, we use Yahoo.

Dad says we're a club at the cutting edge of innovation and this includes our tech area, if you want more info on how we keep our finger on the pulse with this kind of stuff just head to over to our MySpace page and register for our weekly facsimile newsletter.

And put horn Francis under the pressure of number 1 pick and saviour of the club .

Agreed 100%

Our squad needs an overhaul for sure, but our forward line is our best line. There doesn't appear to be a standout generational key forward so go with best available at 2 ... Which will be a midfielder.
Yep - we rebuilt our forward line in the 2016 and 2017 drafts

MySpace you say? Good to know the club's been moving forward..

I've been getting my West Coast news from the teletext.

Robertson had opportunity at Brisbane but hasn't nailed the spot in the midfield . Knowing Eagles will offer a fair price I'm not sure his worth , few red flags .
That said Brodie couldn't get regular games at Suns and when he did he didn't really perform, now look at him. But for the vast majority its because they're not up to it like you say. Just have to pick the right one! Which we don't have a history of, particularly recently.

Agree, except think he's worth the punt for the right price

Pick 22 3 years ago, very hard to argue he's close to that still. He's played 22 games in 3 years and can't get in this year in a midfield that clearly needs something extra to compete with the big dogs in the league.

Pick 38 (at best) plus the promise not to bid on Ashcroft. Gives Brissy 465 points (and the list spot to use them) on Ashcroft. Plus potentially another 225 points if North don't bid on him and he slips to 3.
Brisbane recruiter on Trade Radio specifically mentioned Hewett still being held in the top echelon with your Wardlaws, Ashcrofts, Tsatas', Clark's, Busslinger's, McKenzie's.......
