Glad to see him getting another chance, relatively young man who has stuffed up, but hey who hasn't. Hope he goes well.

You would think Brooks may be getting very nervous.
Joffaboy said:According to Ross Lyon our rucks are now Gardiner, Rix, Brooks and Ackland.
Remember both Brooks and Gardiner can play up forward and Rix was used down back pretty effectively this season.
All seem to be safe ATM.
St DAC said:Blakey may be looking nervously over his shoulder at the moment ... if we are required to take 3 draft picks someone else needs delisting to make room, yes?
ChrisFooty said:North Melbourne better watch out if Gardnier is driving past because if he crashes and destoys some of their infrastructure they may have not enough money to replace the buildings.

samm said:as far as i can tell, the saints have 35 on thwir playing list now. and therefor will not have to delist anymore players. they will be deslitning murray and mcgough. the saints started with 39 players , 1 short.

He is now a slow immobile forward with two dodgy knees and a nasal complaint

They were told that they couldn't recruit anyone in the the pre-season draft because they were too close to their cap.
Mate, I can't wait for the first St Kilda, West Coast game to see Cox and Gardiner go up against each other.docsaint said:good to see the majority of weagles (and other ) fans showing a degree of maturity on this post, generally wishing the guy all the best despite his history. well done everyone
I guess it helps knowing you will still have Cox tearinng us a new one each time he plays us for the next 6-10 years
Nope. He did that all on his own.Bollox said:Very professionally done between the clubs .

Gardiner has some physical and mental issues but he also has an aggressive will to win and beat his opponent and I expect that will especially apply to Big Cox. If he's fit it could be good (though I hope not too good).
