Judd trade may fall over.

If Judd came out and said he wanted to go to Richmond we would be in Trouble but as he is 'un-contracted' for the 2008 season he must agree to any trade, therefore if he doesn't want to go to Richmond it's his call.

No problem - all it says to me is that Miller is nervous a deal would be done sooner rather than later. I doubt the Tiges would have any bearing on the trade - pick 3 and Kennedy is superior to 2 and 18.

Miller has been a complete disaster and couldn't even get the Tiges in Judd's top-4 preferred Clubs. The Tiges were in an ideal position with their picks and PSD pick, Judd has refused to even meet with Miller despite endless requests. Unless Judd changes his mind and nominates the Tiges as a Club he'd like to be traded to (highly unlikely), the Weagles just can't trade with the Tiges. Its as simple as that. I think Miller realises a deal is very close to being finalised, and this is his final desperate measure. The Tiges should sack Miller over his incompetent handing of the Judd trade.
Sure all this speculation is well and good, but if Judd didn't even nominate Richmond as one of the 4 Vic clubs he would prefer to play for, it's obvious he doesn't want to play there. To suggest Richmond are any chance is absolute nonsense, and WCE can't force Judd against his will to go there.

At the end of the day the difference between pick 3 and JK and two and 18 is not enough for West Coast to shaft Judd.
Richmond at two and West Cost going at three is not enough for them to trade Judd to the tigers (he has to agree).
If they try that he will just go into the PSD and West Coast get nothing in return.

As much as Richmond need to build for the future, Terry Wallace and Greg Miller need to keep their jobs. A young midfielder will not help Richmond get up the ladder next season. May not even play a game......these guys are desperate because if no real signs of advancement are made next year they will both be gone.
I'd be at the least respectful of the offer but maybe not concerned until Richmond throw in a little more. Remember, if Carlton don't provide WC what they want....Judd goes to the PSD.

I would say that Richmond might be having a few little background talks with the weagles to try and scare Carlton into throwing pick 1 into the mix.
If they are doing this and are just doing it at the behest of the weagles so they can get pick 1, what penalties are there for doing this?
Otherwise, Richmond supporters are just having their pockets pissed in by Miller and KB. A prize couple of tools.
Are you thick? Everyone, I mean everyone knows Judd is worth more than what we will pay for him, but he has left West Coast, and now he is un-contracted. So they kissed goodbye getting his true worth a long, long time ago.
But people like you continue to whine and moan, "Oh Judd is worth X + Y + Z bla bla".... Get over it.
