Yep. Anyone who wants to follow ken out the door is more then welcome.I love Zak Butters but if he leaves because Stinkley goes, I'm sorry but bye Zak. We'll have 2 firsts.

We'd be the ones throwing in change there if anyone. Butters can't live off 2020 forever. We burn Ken off and Butters decides he wants to explore his options?
That's Pickett with change for mine.
New coach, renewed hope, winning games, kid signs up. Where at the other end.Wanganeen-Milera re-signed with St Kilda.
Impressed with him at an open training session I attended. Worked his butt off & has speed & skill unlike some of his team mates..Good player apparently... Just a tad small (175) hopefully comes here puts his head down works hard and gets a chance.
Obvious cuts:
- Dumont, McEntee
Retirements:
- Jonas, Lycett
Players I would throw a few games to, to see what they can do:
- Lord, Williams
Players I would trade for magic beans:
- DBJ, Clurey, Mead, Bonner, Farrell
We offered up Bonner last year, alas no takers.Geez when you look at the list there is a lot of crap on it.
We have 5 juniors that are likely being given more time:
- Mead, Barkla, K Marshall, Scully, Visentini
Then we have the pending retirements in the next 2 years:
- Clurey, McKenzie, Boak, Jonas, Lycett
Then we have those that wont make the grade:
- Jackson, McEntee, Evans, Lord, Williams, Teakle, Hayes, Dumont
Only real trade bait is Bonner:
So that's at least 14 list changes I'd expect in the next couple years. Given our first pick is set to be in the high 30's, we really can't be cutting to the bone, so we're going to be replacing these players with a heck of a lot of deep draft garbage, staggering the delistings across multiple years.
We need to hit free agency hard looking at this, concern there is that our form and losing the coach is going to make attracting players complicated.
Today's Paper: NORTH TALL TO HOLD OFF CONTRACT TALKS TO MAXIMISE VALUEI think our list is a bit out of whack but not terrible.
We do have a number of players that we could delist now and I don’t think it would change things dramatically. However, a number of those players are fine if they are fringe, break glass in emergency types. Mead, Farrell, McKenzie, Clurey, Evans, Dumont, Bonner are all fine as depth, keep the pressure for spots on and ensure a strong SANFL/reserves to maintain winning culture and allow for player development.
Problem is, McKenzie, Clurey, Farrell and Bonner are all in the 1s and Jonas and Lycett have regressed to the point of being depth themselves. Add to this Jones and Fantasia are struggling, and you have a third of your 22 made up of depth or struggling players.
We desperately need Jones, Pasini, Mead, Sinn and a ruck to come on and get lucky with early development of Jaskson, McCallum or Marshall. If that happens, suddenly those depth players are back being 3rd or 4th in the queue, there is pressure for spots and the level of performance dramatically improves.
Port Adelaide went after a big fish in the off-season and Riley Bonner found himself in the middle of the negotiations.Offered up Bonner to who? For what?
He was a year out from free agency, and from what I’ve heard we haven’t offered him up, we’ve simply made it clear if he sought another team we would oblige.
Thought he didn’t want to leave Sa.
This year he’s a free agent, for what he costs I think a few teams will be quite interested… the issue will be if they can convince him to leave Sa.
Bugger!Wanganeen-Milera re-signed with St Kilda.
Behind the Murdoch paywall, but there might be something about Port.
Just had a look. Nothing there about Port Adelaide, and it largely consists of 'player X is out of contract and could attract interest'.
