Positive- We lost. We deserved to lose and at one stage I thought we might roll over them with a modicum of effort and everything will be roses for another week. But North stood up and put us away as they should have. This needs to happen. Simpson needs to make drastic changes IMMEDIATELY. Both game plan and personnel. Im all in for a tank this year. Player hand off happens all the time. A player of Gov's "calibre" should be able to neutralise Goldstein in that scenario.

Darling should not be allowed to play another game until he kicks a bag in the WAAFL, and adds something new to his game.
Dom Sheed should be dropped and only ever picked again if he can gain another 10kg of muscle and make it through a WAAFL game without falling over.
If the coach (or NicNat) isnt willing to let him(self) play like he used to, he shouldn't play at all.
Hurn needs to retire, he never uses or is incapable of using the asset that got him into AFL footy.
Fire the S&C team and reassess all player contract fitness requirements this team is unfit and lazy across the board.
'kick and Mark footy' should be the Plan C. It's figured out and done, but our coaching staff can't criticize and review themselves, or noone is willing to put there hand up and call these senior leaders out.

The sheer arrogance of Simmo and co to stick to a kick/mark gameplan down the wings in the wet is actually impressive. That's some real big, humongous, gargatuan balls right there. Talk about sniffing your own farts and confusing them for roses.

North played through the corridor and got numbers to the ball and deserved the win. They took the game on whilst we clung on to delusions of glory days from yesteryears.
