I've decided to assume we won't make finals. It's all too hard and stressful otherwise.

If Carlton don’t have to travel during finals they’re honestly as good a chance as anyone. Peaking at the right time and have a system that will stand up - minus Walsh, Cerra and McKay at the moment too.

If we win both it takes a number of unlikely results to all happen for us to miss. Don’t worry beyond that.

Haha probably best.
I want them in just to put the wind up those we've beaten (Port, Melbs, Syders) and those we've run close (all of them).
Also to make the Club an extra pot of money. Also not to worry about beach weather so soon.
And er....premiership pride, but so many legitimate excuses

You're missing out I reckon. It has potential to be a very exciting finals series even if we don't make it.

What I'm hoping for more than anything (besides the unlikely scenario of Geelong miraculously making finals and winning the flag) is for a Collingwood vs. Carlton final at some stage (ideally in the Prelim so that at least one of them doesn't make the Grand Final). Imagine how good the atmosphere would be for that?

Also, you can't tell me Collingwood choking in finals wouldn't be fun to watch.
