Actually thought they outplayed the pies that quarter but just a few silly mistakes cost them.

Pretty good quarter by ESS they were clearly the better team that quarter but a few skill errors going inside 50 cost them

Would love Bombers to win this even though I have a soft spot for Pies.

Yeah I think it was Ridley that kicked it across half back 2m too high and turned it over? Just the last 10 minutes in a nutshell.

If Henry aint good enough to play in a forward line with a guy that plays like Charlie Curnow then that's Henry's issue.

I don't think I've seen enough of Caddy to judge but I think he's a few years off Curnow

Steady on.

One of those players has had a 40 goal year, the other is Nate Caddy.

Promising signs, yes..but that's all it is so far, like most youngsters across the league. Get back to us in 3-5 years and we'll re-evaluate.

Also, weren't you the one banging the table last year for COS anyway?

Posters celebrating Robertson and Kemp sliding when players like Kosi Pickett, Will Day and Cody Weightman were taken ahead of them. Then mayhem when we passed on both for SDK and Stephens.

Robertson described as "our next Selwood", etc.

Notice how it was the more prominent within the drafting and list management discussions whose calls have ended up most off the mark. Wanting to miss Flanders and Day. Dees making mistakes with Jackson and Pickett (both premiership players at MFC).

Salient for this years draft. Take it all with a grain of salt, clearly we all know not much based off sporadic highlights.
